Site visits and initial sketch design work and reports to explore the potential of the site and feasibility of different ideas.
Subsequently a more detailed survey might be required including a qualitative assessment of the site and detailed measurements and levels. This will enable a detailed, scaled design to be drawn up to explain how water will work with the site and show any structural elements, planting styles and materials recommended. The design at this stage remains flexible, but allows for a budget analysis. Once all parties are agreed that the design represents the direction they want to pursue, further detailed drawings and plans can be developed to allow the design to be accurately implemented. They include:
From these, accurate costs for construction can be derived.
Depending on the size and nature of the project, we can undertake all of the work required, project manage other sub-contractors or commission a main contractor to manage all of the work.
This is important for all projects to enable them to develop their full potential. We will provide a recommended maintenance regime and can offer advice to gardeners. Maintenance visits can also be arranged as and when required.
